Artist May T. Stewart – Head Sculpture
Vintage Piece, Unknown Composition mixure of concrete perhaps, heavy, Interesting artistic hand, lots of texture to the figures.
Man with deep eyes, Bronze Tone Finish.
Sculpture measures approx. 14″ high x 10″ diameter.
We have purchase a few pieces this & others Head Sculptures for the Stewart’s Estate.
We have found only a few details & are searching for more information.
The Stewart Family was base in the Galt (Cambridge area) as far back as the 1870′s, May T. Stewart was the artist that created this & other Sculptures currently in our shop.
Unsure of the age of these pieces.
