   I have the same kind of trunk as mentioned by Jake in his 6 Feb 2011 question.If at all possible, I too, would like to know the value or any other information you can provide regarding the trunk.If needbe, I can provide photos to you

   Hello.  I’m curious if you could help with an idea of the value of a dept store sign I have,  Its a ” The T. Eatons co limited ” sign  either brass or bronze, it 30″ wide x 11″ in height and roughly 1″ thick  weighing 28 lbs, its one solid piece.  I have been searching for hours on end and only thing I can find is a pic ( dated 1930 ) on the canadian heritage site, of a display window from the Downtown Toronto store with the sign mounted on the wall beside it .
   Any help would be appreciated.

     you go the sign off the building? how did you acquire it? The sign location? was it on north east corner, for example? facing Yonge street, or Queen?

     You didn’t mention where you are… as price can be very subjective with location…. so where are you? where is the sign?

   Its a big green truck with some gold strips on it with gold hardware.
