Membership Requirements

• Under Thirty Year of Ages when signing up.
• Produce your member's card to receive your discount at time of purchase
• Small set up fee of $5.00
• Expires on your 30th birthday

Members are entitled to receive:

• 10% OFF all purchases during their first year
• As a greater reward for your second year and onwards, you will receive
  20% OFF all purchases until your membership expires (your 30th birthday)
• Great Deals, Discounts are valid on first day of membership, at signup.

Wish List and Search Services

• Come on into the store, if we don't have what you are  looking for, just fill in our "Wish List" form and a short chat with us will help narrow down your request.
• When an item arrives which we think may fit the bill... we call you, or email you with a picture and price for the new item.
• Many customers take advantage of this service, especially when they are hunting down those special collectables which can be harder to track down.
• If you like you can email us at   info@greenspotantiques.com  with your needs, but remember that YOU will be more likely to fulfill your wishes if you meet us in person and can discuss your hunt with us.

• We work very hard to purchase new and exciting items at reasonable costs, and are more than happy to pass on our low prices to our customers, especially when we know what they are looking for does not come in every week.
• A new truckload usually arrives every week, and we know you don't have the time to come in each week to see what's NEW, so let us service your needs this way instead.
• Not that we don't want to see you drop in daily (some of our local customers do just that!) but we know you value your time, as we do ours.

Layaway Services

• allows you to plan your purchases and renovations at YOUR best timing.
• Only 25 % of Purchase Down. Non-Refundable
• No Payments Plan Come in and pay partial or full amount within 3 Months of Initial Purchase Invoice date.
• All Lay-Away Items are released upon full payment of your purchase.
• More time required for larger ticket purchase please Ask.

• Payments not completed within the time frame of 3 months, will be considered null and void and the item will be resold at our discretion, no refund will be given.

• No exchange or refund on Lay-Away Items.

• Pickup or delivery to be arranged before end of 6 months layaway plan.  If the item is fully paid and left past final date, a delivery charge of $10 per week/per item will apply.

• We offer 50% of retail pricing for YOUR antiques, and our pricing is always fair and honest.

How it works.

• Email us a picture of the items you wish to unload.
• Tell us what you wish to get for them, approximately.
• We'll evaluate them and get back to you shortly.

• Deliver the items to our store, and you're well on your way to freshening up that stale room in your home.

Store Policies

• Returns

  • Purchased items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date with original receipt. After this period, a credit note will be issued for up to 30 days. No refunds or credits are applicable after 30 days. Restocking fees may be applicable on some items.
    All sale items and special orders are final sales.
    Refunds will only be issued in the same method of payment as the original transaction.

•   Exchanges

• Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase date if the item is returned in same condition as when purchased. Store Credit or exchange priveleges honoured.
  

• Credit Notes & Gift Certificates
  • All credit notes/Gift Certificates must be redeemed within 12 months of the issue date. Credit notes/Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
    

   

• Special Orders
  • All special orders are non-refundable. There is 50% deposit on all special orders and balance due upon notification of product arrival.
    
•   Rentals
  • Rentals will be charged at 30% of the retail price for the first week and 10% for every week after. Any damage to the items will be the sole responsibility of the renter.
            
    
• Holds
  • Holds are applicable for regularly priced merchandise only. Holds will be honored for 24 hours (until the close of the following business day). Holds will automatically be released unless the customer notifies us.

• Storage

• Any paid items left beyond Two weeks after date of sale are subject to a storage fee of $10.00/week unless otherwise agreed.
