Returns
Purchased items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days
of the purchase date with original receipt. After this period,
a credit note will be issued for up to 30 days. No refunds or
credits are applicable after 30 days. Restocking fees may be applicable
on some items.
All sale items and special orders are final sales.
Refunds will only be issued in the same method of payment as the
original transaction.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase date if the
item is returned in same condition as when purchased.
Credit Notes & Gift Certificates
All credit notes/Gift Certificates must be redeemed within 12
months of the issue date. Credit notes/Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
Special Orders
All special orders are non-refundable. There is 50% deposit on
all special orders and balance due upon notification of product
arrival.
Rentals
Rentals will be charged at 20% of the retail price for the first
week and 10% for every week after. Any damage to the items will
be the sole responsibility of the renter.
Holds
Holds are applicable for regularly priced merchandise only. Holds
will be honored for 24 hours (until the close of the following
business day). Holds will automatically be released unless the
customer notifies us.
Storage
Any paid items left beyond Two weeks after date of sale are subject
to a storage fee of $10.00/week unless otherwise agreed.
Layaway
Layaway plan payments are flexible,
you pay when you wish. 25% downpayment non-refundable, the rest
to be paid in full within 6 months of date of purchase. If full
payment is not received within 6 months, all amounts are forfeited
and the store will resell the items any way we see fit. We will
attempt to notify you if you are approaching the deadline, but
it is up to you to furnish full payment before the deadline. For
