Genuine Hand Cut Lead Crystal,  Made in England paper label on the top of the neck of the decanter.

Original Stopper engraved with the number 23 on the bottom, the decanter is also numbered 23 on the bottom of one of the cuts.
Can be easily seen if looking for it.

Decanter stands 12″ with the stopper, bottom diameter is 8″.
