Very early 1900’s pull door or call bell with nickel round dome, painted white cast iron base and burring type ring when operating. Ring once with a pull down movement and a second time when released. Can be attached to the door through a wall option which would require an additional spring to compensate for the distance between the bell mechanism and the pull location. Tightening the bell prevents the ringing, loosening it allows the bell to ring.
